TUULA sauna

We built the Tuula sauna in our garden in 2021. The inspiration for the sauna came from our trip to southern Siberia, to the Altai Country, in 2012. In the East, saunas aren't a luxury, but a part of the culture, a custom, and a way to stay healthy. There, we experienced the benefits of a hot bath and caught the sauna bug.
The sauna was designed by our son Wojtek. We built it together with our children Michał, Wojtek, and Emilka. Wojtek's sauna adventure later blossomed into his own design studio, Homemadesauna .
The following year we added a terrace and installed a garden tub where you can cool off after a sauna session.
