Terms of using the sauna
-
People using the sauna do so at their own risk. If you have any concerns about the impact of sauna use on your health, consult your doctor before booking.
-
It is prohibited to consume alcohol in the sauna facility (both in the hot room and in the changing room). The sauna owners reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose condition indicates they may have consumed alcohol.
-
Jewelry and watches must be removed before entering to avoid burns.
-
Sauna etiquette must be followed at all times:
-
Wash your body thoroughly in the shower before entering the sauna.
-
Maintain good hygiene. In the sauna, place a sheet (available in the changing room) under your body and feet to maintain hygiene.
-
No part of the body may touch the wooden elements of the sauna.
-
Stay in the hot zone for no longer than 20 minutes. (We recommend a maximum of 15 minutes.)
-
Gently pour water from the bucket over the stones, being careful not to flood the heating elements. You can add essential oils found in the sauna to the water.
-
Pour only water with the addition of oils found in the sauna onto the stones and nothing else.
-
Please change and leave the sauna within the time slot you have booked so that we can prepare the sauna for the next guests.
-
-
Be careful when moving around the terrace as the surface may be slippery in places.
-
Be careful when entering the garden tub as the bottom of the tub and the internal step may be slippery.
-
The stones and heater casing are very hot. Maintain a safe distance from the sauna heater to avoid burns.
-
The Tuula Sauna staff reserves the right to refuse entry to the sauna to anyone whose condition indicates health problems or poses a safety risk. Such individuals will not receive a refund for sauna use.
